About George Heredia
Certified Residential Appraiser, North Texas
George Heredia is the owner and sole appraiser at ValueRight, LLC. With over 30 years of residential valuation experience in the North Texas market, George brings a level of expertise that's rare in private appraisal practice.
Before founding ValueRight, George owned a valuation company servicing Texas, Nevada and California markets, and served as Chief Appraiser for a large valuation firm with over 130 employees, and as a national trainer and review appraiser for a major lending institution — experience that shaped a rigorous, defensible approach to every assignment he takes on today.
George holds a Texas Certified Residential Appraiser license, is FHA approved. He has served as an expert witness in legal proceedings and has experience with forensic reviews and litigation-focused appraisal consultation — making him a trusted resource for family law and estate attorneys throughout the Metroplex.
His work spans the full range of private appraisal needs: pre-listing support, divorce and bankruptcy, probate and date-of-death valuations for establishing taxable basis, estate planning, FSBO pricing, property tax protest, and buyer-side appraisals.
George is bilingual in English and Spanish, and was recognized with the Leadership Award at the Five Star Conference in Dallas (2012).
