About George Heredia
Certified Appraiser and Professional Expert
As the owner of ValueRight LLC, George Heredia has worked in the real estate industry as a professional for 35 years and has over 30 Years of experience in residential property appraisals. When you need an accurate and well-researched property appraisal in North Texas, George Heredia has a proven track record.
Licensed as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Texas, George was previously a Chief Appraiser for a large valuation company with over 130 employees, and a national trainer and review appraiser for a major lending company. His experience includes probate and estate planning valuations, as well as experience with litigation focused appraisals.
George is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, is FHA approved, and is fully insured. He has provided his experience as an expert witness and has familiarity with field appraisals and forensic reviews. Currently focused on the counties in North Texas, George has previously applied his real estate and appraisal skills in California, Nevada, Louisiana, and Colorado.
George was also the recipient of the Leadership Award at the Five Star Conference in Dallas in 2012 and writes for a number of publications.
